Curious about coaching with a Mind Organizer? Let’s meet.
I'm at a bittersweet juncture. Two co-founders are graduating from Mind Organizing this month. I'm probably going to cry when we do our retrospective next week. If they are open to it, I’ll share some of the highlights with you. IMHO it was transformational, inspiring, and fun (for me, at least).
In the meantime, I have one free slot opening up, and two ideas of what to do with it:
A) Pilot a group coaching program. It will be ~3 months, ~4 people, and a lower price point than individual coaching.
B) Start working with someone new in my usual ongoing coaching format (individual or co-founder). If you are curious about what working with me entails or could lead to, check out this.
Where this goes is up to you! (partly).
Next week, I'd like to speed date as many people as I can who are interested in either of the options. Below are some ideas about who might be a good fit. I’ve opened up a billion 15-minute slots this monday through wenesday to chat with anyone who wants to learn more. I’ve never done this before. It’s short and intense, but so am I, and that’s been working out just fine. If you can’t find a time that works, let me know some that do.
If some of these resonate, we are likely a fit! You are:
Introspective, high-achieving, creative(ish)*
At a crossroads and craving a different relationship to work, ambition, or yourself
Seeking balance, alignment, or more connection to your confidence, intuition, purpose, wisdom, flow, or spark
Navigating inner challenges like overwhelm, relying a lot on external validation, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, procrastination, fatigue, or burn out
Or, more tactical challenges like competing priorities, where to go next, succeeding in a new role, winding down or starting something
Motivated to change
Looking for someone who will challenge you, help you see things you can’t see alone, and hold you accountable to yourself.
My fate is in your hands. Matchmaker, matchmaker, make me a match!
Thank you <3
Leah
*Even if you don’t identify as a creative, you relate to being creative in some way. This could mean you are entrepreneurial, a tinker-er, a creative problem-solver, a creative spirit at heart, imaginative, innovative, enjoy making things, or have a creative hobby.
Pickling is one of mine. Here are the ones I ate while writing this to you
