How To Go From Anxious To Excited
Free workshop: Thursday, October 17th @ noon est (on zoom)
Get the exact steps I went through with my client when he asked to shift his anxiety into excitement.
Maybe You Can Relate
My client kept drawing a blank when it came to figuring out what to focus on next to reach his dream. He was:
Feeling anxious about the next phase of his career
Concerned about endlessly chasing "more, more, more"
Protective of the balance he's worked so hard to find
Conscious of his fears, but still stuck
What to expect in the workshop:
My favorite techniques for de-fanging fear 👹
How to identify subconscious parts that are keeping you stuck
A somatic exercise for moving through tough emotions
Perspective shifts
We'll be focusing on examples related to business and career growth, but the techniques can be applied to many different life decisions and goals.
For example: deciding to move, expressing what you want in a relationship, deciding to grow your family, or exploring how you want to contribute in your community.
Disclaimer: The workshop is not specifically designed for generalized anxiety. If I hack that one, believe me, I'll let you know. In the mean time, you can still expect some tools and insights to play with. Also, I don't think all anxiety can (or should) be shifted into excitement. If there's time, we can talk about that too.
Have we met?
In case we haven’t, here’s a little about me:
I joke that I was a hard-worker from before I was born.
Before starting my coaching practice, I was a “successful” product leader:
I had scaled product teams, won Apple’s app of the year and advised at a blockchain incubator.
🏔→🕳 The peak, turned out to be a craggy pit that challenged me to question my (our) relationship to work and productivity.
From there, Mind Organizing was born!
Clients regularly describe our work as breakthrough and life changing. Together, we reach epiphanies that lead to outcomes like:
doubling income while working half the time
landing dream clients and jobs
writing a novel
starting/re-inventing the business you’ve always wanted to build (aligned with your values and vision of success).
Breaking into the c-suit and having fun while doing it
